GEORGIA, BIBB COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE FOR SECTION 5310 -The Department of Human Services (DHS) is soliciting applications by region from nonprofit and public bodies interested in applying for funding under the Section 5310 Elderly and Disabled Transportation Program. -Also, DHS intends to apply to the Georgia Department of Transportation for Section 5316 Job Access Reverse Commute Program and Section 5317 New Freedom Program funds. DHS is soliciting input by region from entities interested in funding projects under these programs. -To assure that the private sector has a fair and timely opportunity to participate in the development of these programs, the Department of Human Services solicits the private sector's input and participation during the planning process. -Any private for profit, non-profit or public body interested in participating in these programs should submit a written notice of intent no later than 15 days from date of this publication. -This notice applies to the following counties: Bleckley, Dodge, Johnson, Laurens, Montgomery, Telfair, Treutlen, Wheeler and Wilcox NOTE: Disadvantaged Business Enterprises proposed overall goal and its rationale are available for inspection during normal business hours for 30 days following the date of this notice.
