A Pre proposal meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 25, 2012 at Vehicle Maintenance Conference, 6900 Sallie Mood Drive, Savannah, GA. All potential proposers are invited to attend. All Proposals are due in The Office of The Purchasing Director, Third Floor, City Hall, 2 East Bay Street, Savannah, Georgia 31401 (P.O. Box 1027, 31402) no later than 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, May 8, 2012. The names of the respondents will be read at the public bid opening shortly thereafter.
