A Pre proposal meeting has been scheduled for 9:30 A.M., Tuesday, April 24, 2012 in the Office of the Purchasing Director, Third Floor, City Hall, 2 East Bay Street, Savannah, GA. All potential proposers are invited to attend. All Proposals are due in The Office of The Purchasing Director, Third Floor, City Hall, 2 East Bay Street, Savannah, Georgia 31401 (P.O. Box 1027, 31402) no later than 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, May 1, 2012. The names of the respondents will be read at the public bid opening shortly thereafter.
